Separate the score from the diagnosis
A score tells you what happened in one sitting. Your review should explain why. Divide missed questions into knowledge gaps, misunderstood wording, calculation errors and time-management decisions.
Review questions in a useful order
Start with incorrect attempts, then questions you skipped, then correct answers that took too long. Solve each again before reading an explanation. Write a one-sentence correction in your own words.
Choose the next action
For a concept gap, revisit the method and solve a small focused set. For a reading error, mark the condition you missed. For a time issue, decide when to move on and test that rule in the next timed set.
Close the loop
Reattempt selected questions after a gap without viewing the solution. Compare accuracy and time with your earlier attempt. Keep a short list of recurring errors rather than copying every question.
