The marketing website does not process payments. For a purchase made in the Exam Pragati app, share your order reference, purchase date, resource title and a description of the problem with our support team. Never send an OTP, password, full card number or other payment credentials.
If your payment succeeded but access is missing
Refresh or restore your purchases in the app and confirm you are using the account associated with the purchase. If access is still unavailable, contact support with your payment reference so the team can investigate.
Refund requests
Requests are assessed against the conditions disclosed at purchase and applicable consumer rights. This page does not promise a universal refund window or automatic approval. For purchases handled by an app store, the store’s purchase and refund process may also apply.
