Using the website
By using this website, you agree to these terms. This website introduces Exam Pragati and its preparation resources. Accounts, tests, learning access and purchases are managed in the mobile app under separate app terms.
Preparation information
Exam guides, course descriptions and articles are provided for preparation and general information. They do not replace official exam notifications. Verify eligibility, schedules, fees, syllabuses and application requirements with the relevant examining authority.
Exam Pragati is an independent preparation platform. References to an exam, school board or government organisation do not imply an official affiliation or endorsement. No admission, rank, selection or government job is guaranteed.
Responsible use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to compromise its security, interfere with access, impersonate another person, submit abusive enquiries or copy protected content without permission.
Content and intellectual property
Website branding and original content belong to their respective owners. You may read the content for personal preparation. Republishing or commercially distributing protected material requires the relevant owner’s permission. Third-party names and marks remain with their owners.
External links and app access
Google Play, WhatsApp and other linked services operate independently and apply their own terms. App availability, pricing and purchase details are shown in the app or store.
Enquiries and purchases
The enquiry form stores the details you submit so our team can respond. An enquiry or an email acknowledgement does not create a purchase, reserve a course or guarantee a response time. You can also contact the team through the published phone, email and WhatsApp links.
For a purchase or refund question, contact support with your order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send full payment credentials. Purchase conditions are the conditions shown at checkout and in the app terms.
Availability and updates
The website may be updated, interrupted or temporarily unavailable. We aim to keep its information useful and accurate, but preparation information may change. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Contact and revisions
We may update these terms when the website or services change. Revised terms are published on this page. Contact support@exampragati.com if you have a question about these terms.
