Begin with available time
Write down dependable study slots around work, college and family commitments. Plan for a realistic week and keep a buffer for unfinished tasks.
Give each session one outcome
Choose a specific outcome such as understanding ratio comparisons or reviewing one comprehension set. A focused task is easier to complete and assess than a vague target to study all evening.
Keep revision visible
Revisit a recent topic, an older topic and your error log during the week. Use closed-book recall before rereading. If you cannot explain a method, return to one worked example and practise it.
Review the plan weekly
Record what you completed and where time was lost. Reduce the number of resources if switching between them is slowing you down. Set the next week's priorities from evidence rather than guilt.
