Start with the official notice
SSC CGL preparation starts with identifying the correct recruitment cycle and syllabus. Save the official notice, note its reference and check for corrigenda. A guide cannot establish your eligibility.
Build your study plan
Build a topic checklist from the current syllabus. Work on calculation accuracy and English comprehension every week; revise general awareness with short recall sessions.
Practise and review
Use a diagnostic set to find weak topics. Divide study into concept work, short practice and review. For every mistake, record why it happened and attempt a similar question again after a gap.
Review a mock with purpose
Measure attempted questions, accuracy and time by section. Choose one correction for the next test. More mocks help only when the review changes how you study.
Before you apply
Check qualification dates, category evidence, photographs, signatures and application instructions against the official notice. Keep the submitted form and payment receipt. Use official portals for updates and avoid anyone promising selection.
